Hi All
I would say I am an intermediate exerciser, I run/hike/do pilates and alternate strength training workouts approx. 5-6 days a week (when I'm being consistent). Before when I was working a desk job and only doing daily walks as exercise I would go to start Jillian's 30ds only to finish the first day and be so sore that I could barely move and thus would have to take 1 even 2-3 days before doing it again therefore talking myself into completing the 30 days at all.
Well now I am a stay at home mom and a student so I spend a lot of time running after my toddler, cleaning the house, going for walks to the park etc plus I have much more time to work out and go running, hiking as I said before Id say I'm at an intermediate level and also I have time to prepare more rounded meals and to make a protein shake after my workouts and yesterday I started the 30 days once more however this morning I don't seem to be very sore at all. I can def. feel my booty and my arms but my midsection and legs aren't sore and I'm wondering if this means that I'm not working hard enough or is it normal for my body to adapt since I've been doing a lot of mid section work with pilates and my ab circle pro and my legs have been worked a lot by my hikes and runs.. Bottom Line, am I doing any good if I'm not sore the next day? I wear a HRM (Polar H7) while working out and I was in my max heart rate and high level for most of the workout and I feel I put in my best effort, even sticking with the "advanced" girl through everything but push ups ( I do the girly ones )
Anyway, your thoughts? comments? be nice and for the love of all things holy NO TROLLS!! NO A Holes and No Snark remarks please ...
Have a blessed day
