I'm new to MFP so like the idea of joining a group, in order to get the motivation.

day 1 level 2 today, I think the legs could be aching tomorrow, feel a bit inadequate to the task but hopefully will be stronger in a few days0

Started Level 1 yesterday and never done it before so i'm looking forward to seeing the results. Had my Boyfriend and our flatmate do it with me,with a combination of tinned fruit, tomatoes and beans as weights, we were dying half way through just from laughing so hard!0

Today was my 2nd day. I'm starting to hate Jillian Michaels. I'm keeping it up though! On to day 3.0

woah there, done day 2 last night and i can bearly walk today
only level 1! shocking! Im also very happy to see that since starting on Tuesday I have miraculously lost 1.3kg!!! I dont understand it but not complaining

I'm in. Just finished Level 1 day 1! Hopefully you guys can keep me motivated. Usually for exercise DVDs I am very enthusiastic about the first few days then I loose my motivation.
