TDEE-30%

After redoing my numbers (TDEE/RMR/etc), It looks like i'm averaging TDEE -25%, but my usual range is between -20 and -30 TDEE.

FitnessFrog TDEE (Little exercise) : 2343
FitnessFrog TDEE (Light exercise) : 2684

Too low? I'm basically hitting 1700 calories NET every day.

    With the amount of weight you have left to lose, you should be shooting for a 20% deficit.
