Endorphins....they motivate!

Good morning. I just have to share. I finally got back to the gym this morning. I killed it - 90 minutes and worked hard!!!! All before work this morning. I feel so awesome and almost broke into tears when I was there...tears of joy and accomplishment. The weather is so beautiful here today, I plan to get in some horse time and walk my dog when I get home. Wow, I just feel great---those endorphins, they motivate me.

I know exactly what you mean! It can take so much time to get worked up to work out but once you're done the pride of your accomplishment outweighs everything!
