Sodium....

So sodium is the bane of my existence. I am usually way over and the days I do keep it down I tend to go over on fat, I also find I am much hungrier when I eat less sodium. I drink at least six cups of water a day usually eight, and just FYI I only count actual water in my water count not my coffee or other liquids, so I know I get plenty of fluids.

I know the more processed stuff I eat the more sodium. I know many feel you must cut sodium and I know mine is too high but for me is the trade off worth it.... I'm not sure what I am really looking for here, I guess I am just needing to rant a little.

While I am at it am I the only one that hates that when your daily calorie goal decreases with lost weight it changes previous days too! Makes going back in my diary look like I was over almost every day but I wasn't...... Sigh

Anyway happy, healthy weight loss to all!

I pay no attention to sodium at all. I don't have any health issues that require me to monitor it so why add the stress? If I retain more water so be it. I'm not that into having the scale say a particular number based on my water distribution.
