On a two week plateau...and trying to not get discouraged

I've lost pretty steadily for the past 16 months. Now, suddenly, I haven't lost anything in 2 weeks. I've been vigilant with my calorie intake. The only difference is I'm exercising more. I've joined a gym and am doing elliptical (currently doing 22 minutes) and recumbent bike (also doing 22 minutes). I follow this with some weights. I'm generally doing this about 3-4 times a week.
Please tell me this is a temporary plateau. :bigsmile:

I've heard that its not a true plateau unless it has lasted for months. That said I've been stuck like that before for a couple weeks and then the weight started to fall off again. That's all I've got sorry I can't help more. If nothing else my post will serve as a bump!!0
