JM 6 week sixpack?

Anyone have any reviews, pictures, or successes they want to share? I thought about starting it. would LOVE to see photos!

  • Don't have any photos, but I love this workout. There are 2 levels - each workout is about 30-35 minutes. Even after just a few workouts, I could see a difference. Level 2 is quite challenging. I am going to start another round of it this week.

    Awesome! Did it help you loose weight or just better your abdominal muscles. i am looking for both, but mainly was thinking of doing this one for the ab toning.

    How hard was it beginning on a scale of 1-10?

    I'm doing it two and on a scale of 1-10 I'll say 8! The difficult part is to keep doing it after 10 days of the same workout. I'm a little bored but continuing to keep play as the results are just AMAZING!

    For me I've got both : weight loss (6 pounds and I'm on day 15 of level 1 and will finish level 1 in 3 days yoohoo!)
    Can't wait to see what level 2 will bring to me!!!

    You absolutely need to give it a go. For the toned abs, for me, nothing was working faster and better than that. I love Jillian workouts results on me!!!

    A clean diet is essential too.

    I start week 2 today and my baby belly is lifting and thats exactly what I was hoping for. Its only been a week but I am seeing results. I am also eating as clean as I possibly know how and can. I would reccommend it. It is a challenge and gets boring but you will see results.

    I wanna do this next! I'm doing the ripped in 30 right now, and did the 30 day shred last month. Which Ab workout do y'all have? Isn't there 2 of them, 6 week 6 pack? Or the other one?

    I just started it, I naively thought it would be a good compliment to Be Fit in 90 (on You Tube) because there isn't a lot of ab focus and I didn't feel I was getting the workout I was getting when I was doing only Jillian Michaels. 6 pack abs kicked my *kitten*. Can't wait to do it again!

    BTW Level 1 is on Youtube.
