Is there a setting to change the use of exercise calories?

Is there a place in settings to change it so it won't add your exercise calories onto your diary? I want to keep track of my exercise but I don't want it to add the calories burned onto my calorie allotment for the day.

When you add your exercise, you can just change the calories to 1. It will only adjust it by 1 calorie0 -
No, but you can just read your calorie and not your net calorie readings and you'll know where you stand. Similarly, under reports, read 'calories', not 'net calories'.
Personally I think you want to eat your exercise calories back or you will under-eat for your needs. You are already calculating a 500 calorie deficit just at baseline.0
