Long and Lean Routines?

I really need help.

I've always been on the fairly atheletic side and becuase of playing so many sports I have gained rather 'soccer thighs' and calves.
I really want to find a workout that will help me get lean. I've been dieting and trying to eat more healthy but I really want to see reults faster.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
