I need help motivating myself. Tips?

I dislike exercise immensely. I don't like to sweat, I don't like being on a boring machine, I don't like being in a crowded class. I do however like the end result of what exercise does.

How do you stay motivated? Is there anyone else out there who doesn't like to exercise but someone manages to get their body to the gym on a consistent basis? How do you do it? :indifferent:
