Holiday Meals!!

Help! I am doing GREAT with my food choices and am losing weight just as I hoped! However, I am anxious about the upcoming holiday meals. To make matters worse, we will be partaking of 2 seperate meals on EACH holiday. Tell me how you will make a "smart plate" at your Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. Thanks for your ideas! :happy:

  • Use a small dessert plate, rather than a big plate...eat what you like, only until you are satisfied.......putting it on a small plate will give the illusion of a lot of food, and you will not feel cheated on pigging out like the rest of the family :wink:
