Ok so I know the 30 day shred is targeted at women, but having lost 6 stone I thought I'd give the exercises a go and despite finding it a little hard going I did manage to get through the whole thing without really stopping which is a big win for me. Not only did I mange to get through the workout, I feel so so invigorated now!

    Ya - I don't know why it seems so one sided on the audience, but I know the workout should work the same for everyone. I'm on Day 28... and I feel a lot better, too. Sadly, the scale hasn't moved ALL MONTH, but I look a lot better.

    I would think it's very targeted towards men, why else would their be boobs and fan freaking tastic legs everywhere?

    Ha! True!

    So glad I am doing it feel so much better (although might now feel the same tomorrow!)
