Hello,
I have been working at losing my weight since July. Currently I have lost 25 lbs. I have quite a few more to go. I have just been told of this website but so far I think that this is just what I need to help me go further in my weight loss.

    This site is very much a do-it-yourself website, so what you get out will be in direct proportion to what you put in. That being said, I think this is perhaps the best tool available for weight loss. And the friendliest!

    A couple bits of wisdom I have gleaned from being on here just a month...
    1. Don't weigh yourself every day
    2. Eat all the calories your diary suggests, even the extra calories from exercise
    3. Read the various posts on the message boards... there is a lot of great information
    4. Take a before picture, if you haven't already before you lost your previous 25 lbs. You will want it when you have lost __ lbs!

    Great job on the first 25, and I hope you have every bit of success in the rest.
