I just joined Lucille Roberts yesterday, and I'm really excited to start doing something besides the treadmill plus they have a zumba class that im going to do once a week
im at the point where i just want to maintain my weight and i realized i should probably start doing weights, however i have no idea where to start exactly. of course they have all of those machines and bikes and things, i just dont know what to do. I plan on going three times a week. I want to get the elliptical in, the bike, ab exercises, and weights in general. I just dont know how to schedule this exactly. when should i do ab exercises, and should it be on the days i do the bike? or do just weights one day and the elliptical another or something? also could i do something after a class or another day? i would say im a pretty energized person so im up for trying anything. if anybody can help me, thanks!
