Quick balance of most everything out there:
3x8 of bench Press, Overhead press (seated or standing, your choice), back squats, and Rows (one arm w/dumbells or bent over rows). 3x5 Deadlifts. Go to exrx.net to get videos/demonstrations of lifts and various lifts for different muscle groups (usually after linear progression halts).
Do 3x week (MWF) until you feel absolutely overloaded with the massive amounts weights you're moving. Try to go up 5-10 lbs. on everything every week until you stop improving that quickly. Then try 5-10 more every couple of weeks. Then per month.
If you make it to the per month progression you'll probably know enough to do what you want on your own.0
