Is anyone doing this program? I'd like to find a workout buddy. I started last Tuesday so I am on week 2.

    Yes there is a thread going on under the fitness and exercise topic! Join in!!! I and many others have done and still use the Insane workouts but there are newbies on there too. Also Sandy on there is a BeachBody Coach and knows her stuff so ask away!! Welcome to the
    "insaners"! I love this workout for some butt kickin calorie burnin workouts, I am currently doing the P90X program and am finding it boring after doing Insanity! Best wishes and I will touch base with you on the Insanity thread by ripley36.
