Hey there MFP people, I was wondering if I could get a little input on how to record what I just did. Here are the stats: Did 90 minutes carrying 75 bags of wood pellets weighing 40lbs each up 3 stairs to the houses down 8 steps to the basement. Then did 45 minutes carrying 75 more bags down 5 stairs ( got myself a " volun-told" to help with second batch). Won't count the extra paces to get to where they needed to go. First batch not too bad, feeling a little bit aerobic by the middle of the second. ( but didn't need a rest at all compared to about 3 last year!). So, how do I record this? Circuit training, aerobics, moving furniture?... Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Lol, just read that over, and it's feeling a little like old school math. If one train is travelling south at 90 mph, and the other one is travelling north at 75 mph.............

Lol! Was thinking the same thing myself! I just did over two hours of work, with half that time carrying a 40lb bag. I definitely intended to bring it into the house, and I definitely intend to account for it :).

I like the hiking suggestion too. Thank you all for your input. :)
