Does anyone have a good vegan cheesecake recipe they'd like to share?

Or tips/tricks when it comes to making one?

I'd like to make one for Thanksgiving.

Or Vegan versions of any creamy-like pie would be cool...

I was never a cheesecake fan before I was vegan but I loved this!

they all seem to have similar ingredients... silken tofu is like your secret weapon for vegan cheesecake haha

I had a vegan pumpkin cheesecake a couple years back. It was amazing.
