Diet and workout plan please?

Hi everyone! I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions for me. I wanted to lose about 3 inches from waist and/or about 10 pounds. I would like a little bit of abs, not too much lol. Anyways, I'm 5'9 I weigh 150 lbs, my measurements are 36-29-40. I'm not overly concerned with weighing a certain amount, I'm more interested in my measurements. Any suggestions on a good diet and workout plan that could help me out? I was hoping to be at my goal within 6 to 7 weeks.

Simple. Eat less, move more. Everyone has their own preference for diets and exercise. Personally, I like 20/4 intermittent fasting and weight lifting/strength training, but that's just me.0

eat a little less. work out a little more. be patient. strength train. squats and dead lifts are your friends.0
