One of my favorite breakfasts! Mom used to make them for us when I was in school, and now I make them for my kiddo. I usually just scramble the egg in the pan, quick fry a round of canadian bacon, toast the muffin, add the cheese and put it all together! A great filling breakfast, especially if you're out the door in the hurry.
  • I love making these at home!! I usually use turkey bacon, but pretty much the same thing! Love it! ANd it actually fills you up!

Why use a method taking 20-30 minutes to cook eggs?

I make similar ones for myself too.

Only, I pour my liquid egg whites into a silicone muffin cup and microwave it. I also use canadian bacon.

If I have some in my fridge I will indulge from time to time with some swiss.

Sadly I haven't been to the grocery store in a while, and am all out of all these ingredients. . .
