I'm not trying to buld up or be miss universe, but I would like to tone and firm.0

it is ok to lift and do cardio on the same days... just switch it up some days lift first then run and then other days run first than lift0

You'd have to really be freakin moving to get to where you're burning up muscle in 30 to 45 minutes of cardio. You're program sounds fine.0
