Ok I think the topic covers it.
The point of my post is to find out if anyone that has these things, has any advice on how to deal with it and diet. My particular problem, is that eating tends to sooth the pain - albeit temporarily - but it's leading to eating more calorie dense foods, more frequently.
My struggle is that I manage to do ok for a few days, then have a few high days. Overall, I'm maintaining more than anything, and I hope to have an official diagnosis from the Dr in a few days(test results are not in - but I DO know I have the polyps and I think Gastritis if nothing else)..
I'm tempted to just make it through these next few days as best I can, and as soon as I can get a prescription to soothe things enough that I can eat normal diet/healthy food, re-focus.
I eat a lot of yogurt. It's not really low in calories. anyone have any suggestions? should I just play out the next 2 days or so, until I get the answers I need and the help.
TIA..
