Weight lifting for ladies?

Thanks! You all rock. Guess I'll work my butt off till the new years and see where I stand. I'm going to take some before and after pics for you guys and yes I do actually gain muscle pretty easily. LOL

I'll have to write some of those moves down for next time i'm at the gym.
Your the only one who has said cardio before weights. Why? Do you know why you don't get big if you do cardio first?
I would guess that she's doing cardio first because she is competing in a specific event and wants to make sure she can put the most intensity into that activity. If you read running magazines most of them also say to run first then lift if you are going to do both on the same day. For non-sport-specific general fitness it is usually better to lift first if you are going to lift and cardio on the same day.0
