My measuring NSV...

So, i'm keeping track of my progress with my lifestyle change by measuring myself rather than weighing. Today I measured my waist and it was 100 cm! I started at 107cm on 24th September so i've lost 7 cm in that time, as well as inches off my hips / boobs / thighs. I'm measuring my waist in cm only because that was the default units on my phone app before I worked out how to change them! In inches that represents going from 42" to 39.5" so i'm under 40" for the first time since starting this!
I'm really pleased with myself because 40" was the number I was aiming for at first and I was desperate to get to that point and celebrate! I'm aiming for 36" next.
Additionally, I have dropped two dress sizes, from a UK22 to UK18. I had been wavering around the 18 mark for a couple of weeks, but on Friday I bought a new fitted waistcoat which was size18 and fits great, and yesterday a skirt I had ordered secondhand from ebay arrived (seemed like a good way to get clothes that fit whilst i'm losing) and i'd forgotton it was a size 20 and its far too big. I'm disappointed about that, but dead chuffed to be able to say that i'm a size 18 all over. Last time that was true I was at university, so that was over 10 years ago.
