Morning vs Evening workouts

I have been told a coupletreadmill things about working out: 1. Your body doesn't know what time its working out so just workoutand 2. Working out in the morning speeds up you metabolism. Honestly, for me it depends on the day. Sometime I can go a n entire week with 6:30 am workouts. Other times I just can't wake up and I rather workout after work which is like 7 pm. So what is better? Or does it matter?

I don't think one or the other is necessarily better, it's just personal preference. I like to do it in the morning, because whenever I plan to do it in the evening I usually get tired and make excuses and end up bailing.0

Focus on what fits your schedule, and what time you'll actually do it.0

It all depends on personal preference! Exercise boosts your metabolism regardless of what time you do it
I usually do mornings because it fits into my schedule better and I can get it over and done with at the start of the day. However, I do find that I tend to have LOADS more stamina if I work out at night, weird!0 -
What time you workout doesn't matter...what matters is that you DO workout.0
