Hello everyone,
I am new to this and really would like for it to work. I need to lose 100pds but the motivation just isn't there......any advice!0 -
they are all good to use.. mixing up your exercise is a good thing. there are tons of things you can do with the stuff you do have. sometimes i google different types of things to do ..for example i would google how to exercise with a medicine ball and you will find a lot of sights to look at. you tube is good because you can see what they are doing.
good luck!!0 -

i had lost 80lbs but due to my cockiness this past year i gained 30 back. i had a heck of a time to find the motivation to get back on track. i found something that i want and i need to lose that 30 lbs to get it.. to wear a specific outfit on a date i have in december for a party.. i want to look and feel my best that day .
get a hold of The Secret.. its pretty good to listen to when you are trying to motivate yourself0 -
Hi Aleda
Gud luck with your weightloss
andmaty jane thank you,
What changes did you make to lose the weight and how long did it take to lose your first 20 pounds?0 -
Hi! I have found the best thing to do is to track EVERYTHING you eat. Even the 2 chips, the bite of chocolate, the half soda.... EVERYTHING. That way you get a realistic look at what you are consuming and you know what you have to do to lose... burn more than you consume. I found it helpful to look through the apps of this website, especially your BMR (the calories you burn if you didn't move a muscle all day). If you consume less than your BMR you will lose. Also, get your workouts in. Even if its just a walk around the block... do something most days of the week. A little adds up to a lot! FInally, don't get discouraged. You might plateau for weeks..... but that doesn't mean you aren't getting healthier. Your body doesn't just drop weight when the calorie coun't is less, you have to take into account water weight and muscle gain. Just keep going and you will do fine! I am still on the begining end of my journey and these tips are helping me.
