Tracking Calories Burned for 30 Day Shred

For those that have done Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, and don't have a HRM, how do you track your calories burned?

    put it in to MFP as "Circuit Training"
    I usually put 20 minutes of circuit training, as I don't want to over-estimate, but I've seen some people put up to 25 mins

    general rule is to multiply your body weight in lbs by 1.11 to get an estimate of calories burned :)
