Attempt at using at myfitnesspal for a stoichiometric workou

Hi,
My name is Thomas, and I am attempting to use the Myfitnesspal site to achieve a stoichiometric workout. Don't know if its going to work, but its worth a shot.

My goal here is to experiment with Myfitnesspal to see if I can use it as a tool to gain maximum explosive strength, while maintaining my speed and size. Essentially attempting to find a "sweet spot" to where I am consuming the perfect amount of calories to gain strength but limit mass increase. Those who might be interested i.e. fighters, runners, cyclists, ext. or any one who is curious feel free to have a look and leave feed back, I'll keep the data posted on my blog.
