Ive lost about 13lbs using zumba for the wii, I usually do two 50 minute sessions a week.0

I try to get in at least 45 -60 minutes of the zumba. I do believe it has helped me in the past to lose weight. It also tones your legs and thighs and tummy as well. I do it several times a week. I think you should do it because it is fun and not worry about losing weight. Any movement you do is going to burn calories so why not have fun!0

Any motion is better than no motion and will assist in your weight loss goals.0
