    God awful liquid "red" protein diet I tried in '77. Doctor supervised but was mentally debilitating! Got so depressed not eating real food!

    I had a friend who was one something like Adkins (I think, not real familiar with Adkins)
    Anyways, she would eat nothing but vegetables for a week then nothing but meat for the next week and just keep alternating.

    I was always curious if she pooped AT ALL during the meat week. :embarassed:
