It's Time to Begin (Again)

I'm so sick of the diet roller coaster. I very successfully lost weight about 5 years ago with Weight Watchers and was very active. Little by little the weight crept up again and I found myself at 190 lbs (up from 135). Then I got pregnant and tipped the scales at 230. My daughter just turned a year and I'm down to 195 and I just can't seem to get motivated. WW didn't work for me this time, I just couldn't get into it.

I have some friends who are doing MFP and seem very happy with it. I think the biggest issues I have to overcome are 1.) Sugar - oh how I love it! and 2.) Carving out time every day to exercise. If only my kiddo liked the jogging stroller-she wails the entire time because she wants to run too!

Looking forward to going on this journey with you!

    Welcome!
Feel free to add me. Motivation is done within oneself, but we can be here for accountability which greatly helps that Motivation!

    You Can Do it!

I've started (in the last week) getting up early to work out. Let me tell you, coming from a night owl this is Tough, but I want it enough to do it. (although I hit the off button on my alarm today and went back to sleep without realizing it). It takes 21 days to make a habit, I will do this!!! I hope you'll join me!

I have a 3 and 5 year old. That affects are time greatly as I won't take what little time I get with them away to work out.
