hi from Nova Scotia

I am new to this site. I have struggled with my weight for almost 17yrs now going from 200lbs down to 120lb and back up again several times. I am now at 240lb and my goal is to get to 140lb however I need to do it slow and steady as i want to stay that way and not go back up again for a 4th time :( .
So far just using the food diary and such has been helping me as my biggest food problems were that I did not eat all day would have an enormous supper and then snack all evening.
