Hey, so I just started a few days ago with Myfitnesspal in a attempt to get to fitness and lost approx 30-40 pounds. I am 6'4 and weight around 18 stone. (240 pounds-ish, haven't really had chance to do a proper weigh in due to the battery in the scales broke). I want to lose this weight quickly and have been managing to eat under my calorie goal each day so far . As for exercising goes I walk a lot at work and have started football which is a good 2 hours a week. I am going for small jogs but I need to improve my fitness. If anyone wants to add me feel free Think it could be better with more people!
Mainly doing this for me in the long run but my girlfriend is a strong motivator. I feel like she is too good for me in my current shape so I want her to be proud to be seen with me. This is my aim and I really hope I can achieve this!
