Just started a few days ago :) Hey everyone!

Hey, so I just started a few days ago with Myfitnesspal in a attempt to get to fitness and lost approx 30-40 pounds. I am 6'4 and weight around 18 stone. (240 pounds-ish, haven't really had chance to do a proper weigh in due to the battery in the scales broke). I want to lose this weight quickly and have been managing to eat under my calorie goal each day so far :). As for exercising goes I walk a lot at work and have started football which is a good 2 hours a week. I am going for small jogs but I need to improve my fitness. If anyone wants to add me feel free :) Think it could be better with more people!

Mainly doing this for me in the long run but my girlfriend is a strong motivator. I feel like she is too good for me in my current shape so I want her to be proud to be seen with me. This is my aim and I really hope I can achieve this!
