Hi all,

I'm new to the site today. I love it, except I am concerned that the calorie limit they have me on is too low. I've tried doing reduced calorie diets and if I eat anything less than 1500 calories I don't lose weight. Should I trust the calculation the program gave me? Other than that, this site looks like it is going to be extremely helpful in my quest for size reduction and healthy living. I am getting married in September of this year and need to knock off about 40-50 pounds. Not sure if I will get it all off, but some is better than none. Hope this site works for me!

Peace,
Marissa

I just realized that the 1200 calories is my goal intake for the day, not what I am allowed pre-exercise (not sure if that makes sense.) So whatever I eat minus how many calories I burn exercising should be 1200 calories. It looks like exercising in the morning will be helpful....ugh. I hate early mornings.
