How about a peanut butter (no sugar added natural PB) sandwich on whole wheat bread & a glass of milk0

Sounds good to me and I just ate! Milk does have some sugar so it will bring that number up. Sugar is always my highest number, my biggest challenge is to try and not be in the red on that one. Kinda hard to choke down a PB sandwich without milk tho'. Great way to get the protein in. Maybe just make it a very small milk.0

If you are watching your sugar intake then any protein and veggie combo will work for you. Create a salad with tons of veggies, sliced eggs, avocado, bacon bits and chicken. LC Fajitas with chicken, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, refried beans, etc
Egg omelet or even a spinach quiche is always great. A homemade beef stew which is great for several days or tukey chili on top of a salad. Hmmn I may have to make a quiche this week and some turkey chili:bigsmile:
