I read this article and it made me sick to my stomach. Some of these things I have had in the past!!

No wonder restaurants don't put nutritional information on their menus!! Definitely an eye opener. Can you imagine if people were forced to keep a food diary before they left a restaurant!? :laugh:

    We don't have those restaurants over here, but it certainly makes you think about the food you eat when you're eating out

    Often the foods we think are lower in calories aren't...just because it contains fish/veges/rice, doesn't mean it's healthy.

    I can't get over how many calories are in those ribs!!
