gym help ......

Hi all,
I've just started back on here after a few months off the wagon (gained like 10lbs) soooooo gutted as over the last year I've lost 4 stone. Got another 4 stone left to shift. Anyway before I fell off the wagon I went to the gym like 4x a week. I haven't set foot in a gym in like 3 months and now I'm soooooooooooo scared to go back and I don't know why :( anyone else expirenced this? I really am so nervous to go back but j really really want to. Any advice is much appreciated
