I've recently begun to do sprints for a bit of cardio. I suffered a torn MCL 1-2 years ago with a few instances of aggravation since. I find that as im sprinting im using my strong leg a hell of alot more and when my weak leg is full extended on a stride it feels very unstable. I'm unsure how to right this and am worried improper training will result in another injury.
