To the OP, great job! :happy: To zoewedd- don't be discouraged. If you've lost 34 lbs, that's a great too. No matter how long it took you to lose it, it's still progress. I'll bet it took you longer to gain that weight than it did to lose it.0

Thank you everyone. I really try to focus on the mini goals. I've been on this roller coaster for so many years and I'm praying that I'm done with it. God has given me the strength and determination that I need to make it through each day. We all have our struggles but I'm learning to focus on Him and not on food.0
