always below my daily calorie count

my daily count is 1580, I am down 12 pounds in 40 days. I feel like I am always eatting had a cowork say to me today you are eatting again. I never get all my calories in and never never eat my exercise calories. I feel good and I am hardly ever hungery but am I doing ok with my calories or if I ate more would I lose more?

It doesn't sound to me like you are harming yourself. If you told me that you aim for 1200 every day and you are always way below and never eat back your exercise calories I may worry for you a bit.

    Only my opinion.

Some people say to adjust it up and they lose more...personally, it doesn't help me to eat more but I think it's very body specific.

Everybody loses weight differently. For example, I've been at this a year and a half and have lost 64lbs. Others have lost that much faster. For me it doesnt matter how much/often I exercise or what my calorie goal is set at, I lose at the same pace. Usually in spurts, like 4lbs overnight then nothing for several weeks. That's just how I am. Others lose exactly what MFP says they will, it's all about how your body works.

If you're not hungry and you're losing consistently...then I'd say that you're doing pretty well!
