Lifestyle overhaul..................

Hi ....I started MFP last year but gave upppp ......(oh i know)! Now i have gotten back on track.. and i have stopped smoking going on day 28 and i am still feenin for a cig..and i am always always hungry.....does anyone know any ideas for me to try to stop my cravings when i want a cig? I would greatly appreciate any that you have ......and i need some friends on here for some support Thanks
