the first 2-3 numbers is the number of reps to do
the last number is what exercise to do:
1: squats
2: crunches
3: russian twists
4: leg lifts
5: seconds of plank
6: jumping jacks
7: wall push-ups
8: reverse crunches
9: lunges
0: high knees
so say the time is 10:35...
I would do 103 seconds of plank!
say the time is 8:04
I would do 80 leg lifts
*extra challenge* use the 24 hours clock
say the time is 2050
do 205 high knees
