Roaring To Start The Healthy Life!

Hey all!

I've never really been interested in community forums to motivate me and others in weight loss goals; however, as weight loss in the past hasn't stuck around i thought i'd give it a try!

i'm a student at the university of minnesota, 21 years old and graduating in the spring! i am looking to be healthier and improve my physical health by not only loosing weight but eating moderately and healthy. i am a physiology major, taking many nutrition classes, so if anyone has a question, i am happy to help!

i'm doing this the old fashioned way. i'm 5'5'' and 182 lbs starting out, wanting to be around 130; however, the goal is health, not physical physique! the goal is to eat anywhere between the range of 1200-1500 kcals a day, and work out at least 4 times a week, if not more when i get into a schedule. if anyone needs encouragement or someone to listen, feel free. pics coming soon!!
