7lbs to shift!!!

Hi to all
I have lost a total of 2and a half stone . it took me a year , but i got there . But do you think i can shift this last 7lbs !! can i heck!! ??
so , i will be asking you lovely people for inspiration ...
I am trying very hard ..........
And good luck to all of you who are trying as well

    Way to go on your loss so far!! That is awesome. It may take a while to get that last 7 to go - but persevere and you will boot them out permanently!
