I am wondering what is a good protein:carb:fat ratio, or what percentages we should shoot for if we are wanting to lose weight at a steady rate. Thanks!!!

Several good ratios are the 40/30/30...50/30/20 or 40/40/20..sometimes our bodies respond better with one and not so much another. I have used 40/30/30 with sucess after babies but then changed to 50P/30c/20F to reduce carbs as I can go carb crazy if I splurge. Try the 40/30/30 and after 3-4 weeks change accordingly.
On freedieting.com there is an online calculator which will give you ratios and then break your totals per meal based on given calories. Good luck!
