Toes numb when running

Mine was a tying issue. Where we tie our shoes is often over a nerve/pressure point in our foot. Try loosening up your laces a bit and see if it helps. Even when I switched to Vibrams (velcro strap, no laces), I still got the problem sometimes if I strapped in too tight.
This! When I loosened mine up a bit it helped a lot to avoid the numb toes.0 -

Thanks to everyone for the great advice. I'm going to try to lace them differently when I run tomorrow and if it's not enter I'll return the and try a 1/2 size bigger. Love all the advice I get on this site!0
