A week later..Thoughts

and im down 2.8 lbs.. have burned 4,188 calories, worked out 6 days out of 7..said yes to snacks just smaller portions, had wine and GOOD beer on the weekend ( went to Victory Brewing Company)

things ive realized this week.

weight loss can happen friends.. its all about calories in- calories out..

gotta keep plugging along and not give up. thats the key.

this isn't a diet.

I can still eat cake/pie and lose weight. just not 3 slices like i would in the past.
PORTION CONTROL.

if anyone wants a real friend who wont lie about what they eat/ how their feeling/ help you when your down/ make you laugh.
