microwave 1 cup kashi go lean with 2/3 cup water until smooth. tastes like oatmeal and is awesome

    Haha, exactly what I was thinking. I bet oatmeal's cheaper, especially if you buy in bulk. :tongue:
  • cuz oatmeal doesnt have 10g of fiber or 13g of protein lol. im big on the two. especially protein. i try and have 150g a day
