Here's a super good, super easy, healthy recipe that I made up last night. Hope someone else enjoys it as much as I did! (The sodium is off, but the other info should be right.)

1 Lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
1 package Ronzoni Whole Wheat pasta (Only use 5/7 of box in recipe, though otherwise there's too much pasta)
1 package frozen stir fry bell peppers and onions
1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce (I really like Soy Vay with the sesame seeds in it)
2 Tbsp Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Sambal Chili Paste

Marinade chicken breasts in Sambal and Teriyaki. Boil water then add pasta, cooking to package directions. I cooked it a minute less than it said since I knew I'd be adding it back to the heat (8 minutes). Once the pasta is done and draining, cook chicken in a wok or large pan coated with Pam. Remove chicken but leave sauce in pan/wok. Add pasta and Soy Sauce. Toss to coat. Add peppers/onions and stir into pasta. Add chicken back to mixture. Cook/stir until vegetables are heated through. Serve.
