    Wow. That is great! I needed that. Sometimes, even though the weight is coming off, or the inches...being my worst critic I feel like it's taking forever. It's so good to see people you can identify with for motivation and support.

    With that said, I just have to share this. I had the best protein shake for breakfast this morning. I have to say this here, bc I know that SOMEONE will understand. I've mentioned it in my office, and I hear, "ewe gross". Anyway, I mixed the vanilla protein powder with 1 tbs of cocoa, 1 tbs of natural peanut butter, and 1 tbs chia seeds, with water. Zipped it up...and omg, it was so good.

    Peanut butter is one of those things I have to be careful with bc if I'm not exercising total willpower, I will go through half a jar before I feel sick and put it away. Thus, this is the first time I've had it since beginning low carbing on 10/5/12. So here I am, three hours later, still smiling from my awesome shake....and not even hungry.
